Not mistaken you'd need an alternate mana source like {Rainbow bird} or a {White borderpost}?
For the {cloudshift} that is.

Not necessarily. If you have one extra mana laying around you could float (W).

Also worth noting, if you really want to be a douche, sac/kill the Razer in response to it ETB.  This will stack the return lands BEFORE the exile lands trigger. All lands in play get exiled...FOREVAR!  ๐Ÿ‘ฟ *EVIL*

Right! Didnt think about that! Anuways i dont think its the most evil wincon ever but an evil one indeed!

Actually, if you {Cloudshift} it in response to its ETB, you can have all land leave, come back, then leave permanently.
