Can we make a new section dedicated to helping people who don't know the game too wel? To make more sense a "Tutorial" Section.

EG I don't know how and what a mtg gauntlet is and how too choose commanders, how to build good decks etc.

LinkCelestrial

Generally a gauntlet is when somebody tests a new deck vs a bunch of staple decks in the same format. For example, if you went through a modern gauntlet you'd play your deck against burn, infect, Tron, Scapeshift, affinity and other established modern decks to see if it holds its own.

Choosing a commander is literally just finding a legendary creature you like. You build around it 9/10 times.

Good decks come with practice. If you're looking to improve something post it under the format its legal in and there are plenty of helpful people that'll give you ideas and advice.

Do be warned that if you're not trying to make a competitive deck and spend some money you may want to put it in the casual section. The other sections are mainly for decks that plan on competing at least on the FNM level.

All this to say, a tutorial section would be kinda nice, but we'll be helping whoever needs help in whatever thread they need help in. We're a very helpful community, for the most part.

LOL

Link you may not be the nicest but:
1) there are much worse (imagine if *** had answered instead)
2) you are one of the most helpful

Well thanks. I'd say you're one of the nicer people. xD

Please feed the newbie some karma
I'll give karma for the initial great idea. If it catches on as some sort of general Q&A thread, I'll even sticky it.

I don't know why my message got starred.

Don't ask me what I said though, as I cannot recall the information.

Thing is, not too long ago the subject of the joke that followed, expressed he didn't like those anymore (in the last thread wins topic). Seeing how it escalated in here, I decided to do some censorship, mostly because the discussion following it.
Sorry that I omitted to add this reasoning.

Not hijacked, it just derailed a bit. Questions are still welcome ;)

What is the cube format? I'm also stumped by its name.

A cube is a pool of cards, put together to draft from.
