My {Sedge Scorpian} is blocked by your {Tajic, Blade of the Legion}
Second main I cast {Bonds of mortality} and trigger to remove Tajic's indestructibility.

Does he die because the damage was death by a source with death touch or does he live because the damage isn't special after its dealt and he was indestructible at the time when the death touch was relevant?

"Damage dealt to a creature with indestructible is still marked on that creature. If that creature loses indestructible, and the marked damage is lethal, it will be destroyed. However, if a creature with indestructible is dealt damage by a source with deathtouch and then later loses indestructible, that creature won't be destroyed"

Gatherer ruling for {bonds of mortality}
Tajic will live.

This is true because of state based actions. Deathtouch is only check once, the first time the damage was dealt. After that state based action it is only checked as normal damage.
