Grand Coliseum with Dictate

If there is a {Dictate of Karametra} on the field and I tap {Grand Coliseum} for one colorless can I then add one of any color in addition to the one colorless or does it only give me any color if I pay the life.

I think you can add any color.
It sounds like the same kind of interaction with {reflecting pool} + {grand coliseum}
You can tap the pool for any color since coliseum could produce any color.

Keep in mind  {Dictate of Karametra} says "of any type that land produced" not "of any type that land could produce".  If you were to tap the {Grand Coliseum} for colorless, based on it's wording, Dictate would give you another colorless. And say you tapped the Coliseum for a red, you would get a second red in your mans pool from dictate.
