Will password reset ever work?

Haven't been able to reset my password for months still, it does not recognize my answer to my secret question

Nor does it send a reset email to my reg'd email

It is gmails fault, it worked beautifully when I tested it with other mail servers. Can you PM me some other email address from your old account?
