Lets have an edh example where everyone has the mana to cast the spells.

First I resolve {Alchemist's Refuge}'s ability. Next I cast {Copy Enchantment}. Before it resolves I cast {Standstill}. So the stack is:

1: {Copy Enchantment}
2. {Standstill}

Once Standstill enters the battlefield will it or will it not trigger due to my copy enchantment being on the stack? If it does not then copy enchantment would become a copy of Standstill.

Standstill resolves and will be placed on the battlefield, because copy enchant is already on the stack, it will not trigger standstill. Copy enchant then resolves and can become a copy of standstill.

Note that {standstill} triggers on the casting of a spell. As {copy enchantment} was already cast, standstill doesn't care.
