I have a {bow of nylea} giving my attacking creatures deathtouch. I declare a {triskelion} an attacker. Can I remove the counters to destroy the oppenents creatures before they can be assigned to block?

Once you declare attackers you both have turns at fast effects and instances.

Then if nothing is done you move to declared blockers.
