Draft Ideas

I have a Variety Pack coming (booster box, 5 intro packs and a fat pack). I am wondering what should I do with all of these cards? The idea I had was:

1) Randomly select an intro pack. Use those the included booster to increase the power of the deck.
2) Traditional booster draft to increase the power of those decks.

Or:

1) Randomly select an intro pack. Use those the included booster to increase the power of the deck.
2) 12 pack Auction Draft (everyone has 100 points to spend on the cards revealed)

Or:

1) Traditional draft

2) Auction draft

They're my cards. I bought the variety pack, but they're my buddies.

Then I would say talk to them. I sometimes buy a box with three others. We do one 3 pack draft and one six pack make a deck tournement
