Does Arbor become a 3/3 elemental, or 4/4 elemental, dryad?

I'm guessing 3/3 elemental it overwrites the 1/1 dryad

0/0 Elemental. The effect overwrites what is on the card. Just like {Turn to Frog}.

It becomes a 0/0 elemental creature with 3 +1/+1 counters on it
