Any help would be great.

March from the tomb and the 7 mana flier that makes your opponents lose life when you gain life are terrible terrible terrible cards.

What do you suggest adding in to replace those?

You should probably start by going fully into the ally game plan, vampires aren't good enough and allies is pushing it but can probably get there. Can we agree on cutting the vampire deal all together, except drana due to her being an ally and amazing.

White ally that rallies for indestructible. Cut languish, replace with {planar cleasing} or whatever that white boardwipe is called. Cut the bloodlord. To expensive. {zula port cutthroat}. Punishes enemy for board wipes. And if you wipe yourself. Also the white rally guy will save your guys from your own.

Needs more 2 drops and cheaper removal... Ditch marches and some of the 7 drops... Ur 3 drop slot is packed.

I'd cut the languish's also... Kinda counter productive for you when it wipes out your whole side as well... Maybe replace with reave souls for cheap early removal
