Has it changed, it's not as prominent as it has been, why. Also can someone help me with some ideas.

RDW isn't really a deck because of {Leyline of Sanctity}. You basically have to splash white or green to stay competitive.

RW burn is pretty common these days.(At least in my meta)

Boros burn is a very prominent deck in the tournament meta anywhere. When I go play at pptq's I play against at least 1 each time. They usually splash green or black but either way they have wear/tear's and destructive revelries to take care of Leyline of Sanctity's.

As a monoburn player I can tell you that Boros burn splash green for main board Atarkas command and sideboard destructive revelry is the way to go. Mono red, although more budget, misses out on so many awesome cards like Boros charm and lightning helix as well as cards like Atarkas command which, with the right mana base, is strictly better skullcrack.
