Help on a Sliver Deck?

I'm considering building a Sliver Deck. I need suggestions for cards to use, can anyone help?

What kind of deck? Casual, modern, edh? Is price an issue (how much do you want to spend)?

Casual, and no. Price shouldn't be a problem.

Check this list out. I don't play slivers so not sure how well this is but it looks ok and he did a decent write up.
