Whats the closest you can get to {extract}'s effect in modern?

Need to yank an Eldrazi titan out of a deck before I mill it and lose progress...

im not but a gut I know is

Surgical is good, but {Rest In Peace} is better. If he's not playing white, then {Leyline of the Void} should do the trick. Speaking of tricks, he has to be playing blue, and {Trickbind} works wonderfully for killing Eldrazi titans! Also, all of these cards happen to be pretty damn good against other big decks, Leyline less so.

If you want to get really spicy {Praetor's Grasp}

I like that. Take their best card, and if it's in your colors, use it against them...
