Links for deck builder

Not sure if I am doing this correctly
If I view a deck someone has posted this link appears at the bottom.

Load and view on deck builder (beta)

When I select the link it opens deck builder but it is empty. I was assuming that the entire deck would load but maybe I am just lazy.
