Looking for one {Sylvan Library}

Have lots to offer up that isnt listed in my binder: shocks, {Runed Halo}, {Abrupt Decay} etc. Thanks everyone!

I would prefer a white border one since they are much cheaper. Let me know if you want to trade yours and we can work something out :)
