I don't know that tournament but if he used those cards in a standard game, it must have been before the set khans of tarkir came out. Once that came out ravnica and all its cards rotated out of standard

Sorry. Theros block, khans block, and M 15 are the current standard. We can finish this game though. I never mind playing decks against each other from different blocks or standard seasons as long as they were each legal at one time (except not urza block. Crazy combo land).

Pro tour 2015 was prior to Khans of Tarkir release. It's confusing with the year date, I know, but at that point 2014 core had rotated, and RTR block was still standard legal. Once Khans was released in November, RTR block rotated out.

I see, I'm online configuring my deck as we speak.  For the record tho, this deck hasn't lost since I have been using it tho.  To bad a lot of the primary cards in it shifted out.  Gonna miss elixir of immortality

I never passed the turn or played a card. In response to you casting amorous charm I discard courser of kruphix to activate the sphinx's ability and give it hexproof. I assume you did that pre combat?

Well, assuming that you did that pre combat so I couldn't get my scry trigger, the Sphinx taps when I use that ability. I pass. You posted your turn, does anything change since I have a tapped Sphinx in play?
