If I were you Truffle, I would wait until the Fate Reforged banlist announcement if you can; Modern will likely change even if {Treasure Cruise} and or {Jeskai Ascendency} aren't banned. Modern prices aren't really moving too much because everyone is deathly afraid of Modern Masters and most of the "End of the Year Sales" and "Holiday Sales" are BS, with a few exceptions. I looked at the exact prices to finish my {Hisoka, Minamo Sensei} EDH deck, and by the time I got around to order the cards, they were on "sale" for the End of the Year Sale, but almost all of the prices were the same and a few actually went up. Not all sales are like that though, so if you really are getting a decent deal, think about pulling the trigger (SCG has some decent deals, got Voices @ $13, {Mutavault} @ $10, etc.).
