So this FNM is a standard two headed giant.  I've never played before and don't know the strategies I should have. What types of decks do you think my brother and I should run?  I was thinking zombie/control

ChrisRodriguez

Y'all guys can only have 4 of each card. Example if you are using 4 {Darkslick Shores} your cant use any. So your decks should compliment each other. If your doing b/u zombies your brother should do something with green. So he can have access to artifact and enchantment distruction spells while you have creature kill.

Oh, I was thinking I do control he do zombies. Ahhah
But I like your idea as well. I just built myself a green deck

Me and my friend play sometimes and we have never lost when i play Control Blue with {Wall of Frost} {Guard Gomazoa} and lots of counters while my friend mana ramps green

My buddy and I run high tempo aggrieved decks, he runs r/b vamps and I run G/R werewolves, leaves the opponents trying to figure out which deck they want to try and stop. We also run with heavy burns in each to take down the other guy's early games. Hard to run ramp when your elves and bird are smoldering ash.

Just an update:  I ran my deathtouch/first strike deck and my brother ran a complete control deck with about 16 counter spells. We won two and tied two (due to time)

I would both run quick infect decks. Even though you need 15 poison counters to win, the sheer power will probably be enough.

A blue/white proliferate infect deck and a green/black infect pump and destroy would be a crazy pair.
