Ok. I may have asked this before, and for that, apologies. But!

If an effect on my opponent's turn gave me more than 7 cards by the end of their turn.
Would I discard at their end step?

yea discarding down to max hand size is only relevant on your eot. on opponents eots, your hand size isnt checked.
