Freeze deck

Hi guys so I need some help with a deck ... It's a freeze deck I'm having trouble with small pinger creatures n have little defense at times
{Frozen Æther} {Meekstone} {Static Orb} {Sphere of Safety} and  {Contaminated Ground}  {Psychic Venom} it creature less n uses  {Reins of Power} to deal its damage any thing to help

The strategy it's simple, you win with lands:  {Genju of the Fens}, {Blinkmoth Nexus},  {Urza's Mine},  {Treetop Village}... And control the oponent's creatures with {Mutilate},  {Counterspell}, {Negate}... A control deck.
