I had a dumb idea.

So you know how there are places like Mexico City and Kansas City. They should make cities with those names that don't make sense. Like Kansas City, Conneticut or something

Actually their are technically 2 Kansas Cities. One is in Kansas, the other is in Missouri. It is one giant city that spans the state line but they would have different laws/taxes/benefits/etc depending on their side of the line.

Also, I like the idea. Would be a great way to mess with people.
