Go to "Store". Click on the "Set/Expansion" dropdown. Select "Special Sets". At the bottom of the page will be two decks from the "Magic Online Deck Series", they are named "Exiler" and "Boltslinger"

Some Rares and mythics on MTGO are more expensive then their paper counterpart because of set redemption. You'll notice that by and large, most cards are a hell of a lot cheaper.
