IDK, they only playtest limited and standard from what I have heard from articles and MaRo. Also, the FFL is kind of new, so who knows how long they have even been testing for standard.

Yes, but then if you work for Wizards, or have an immediate family member who does, you cannot play in a sanctioned MtG event for the duration of your/their job. And that includes FNM...
