Trait doctoring and strain the mind

So strain the mind is new in M15 and I was curious if I could play strain the mind, then do trait doctoring so instead of saying non-land card it says non-mountain card?

Gonna say no. {Trait Doctoring} lets you replace one color with another. You can't replace a color if there is no color named.

Works on a permanent only
Must be a color

Only permanent is correct. But it also does a land type change.
