I'm wanting to make a casual theme deck based around Batman. I honestly just thought of the idea cause my friend made a Scooby Doo theme deck lol so any suggestions for heros and villains?

You should make his gadgets artifacts that have an ability relevant to the tool itself, and make it saxrafice it.

Smoke Pellet- {Blinding Powder}
Freeze Blast- {Leonin Bola}
