Dropbox (what not to do)

With everything bought in iMtG, I connected to Dropbox and did a backup to save my stuff.

I then went to my iPad, connected iMtG on that to my Dropbox as well and did a restore, so I'd have all my stuff on both my devices.

I then thought, hmm if my kids get on here, mess/play with my decks or binders, I don't want them to be able to do a Dropbox back and mess with the backup saves. So I promptly sat down at my computer, logged into Dropbox, and removed iMtG from being able to have access to Dropbox. My assumption was that when I went back to my iphone, it would merely ask me to reconnect/authorize iMtG to Dropbox.

So, I jump back on my iPhone 5, hit Dropbox backup to reconnect... and I get a slew (two or three) de-bug error messages as it tries to connect to Dropbox.

I've rebooted my iPhone, even deleted the app (which I didn't have all my decks and binders backed up, so that turned out tragic), and nothing I do will get rid of the error messages and inability to connect to Dropbox.

I grabbed my kid's iPod, downloaded iMtG on that, hit the Dropbox backup, it connected and authorized just fine. I was able to restore and email the majority of my recorded stuff back to me, which I was happy for.

Now that Dropbox was re-authorized with iMtG, I went back to my iPhone 5 and tried again. Backup/restore, still all the same error messages.

Something is hanging out or saving in my system that is preventing me from using Dropbox, even if I delete the app.

I have emailed support on this matter as well, just wanted to give a heads up to everyone.

Thank you.

Shake your device to reconnect.
