FYI. Star city games offers bulk foil commons/uncommons at five cents each and bulk rare foils at 25 cents each.

Oh crap...I am so sorry...I just realized I was looking at their "buy" list..,,that's what they will buy cards for, not sell them. I'm seriously sorry. eBay would have lots of foils I bet.
