If I have 3 life and I cast {Healing Salve}, in respond my opponent {Lightning Bolt} me. Will I die on the spot? Or I can wait till the stack to resolve all spells?

Ekann1

Nope, you die. The bolt resolves first and kills you. Things on the stack resolve one at a time.

DrainCleaner

Indeed you die as a state based action.

MuggyWuggy

You will die once you allow the bolt to resolve.

You can respond to his bolt with another healing salve however...to which he can respond with another bolt

I have a question if I have three life and have a 2/2 lifelink creature my opponent swings with a 5/5 trample do I die or do I have two life left

Redrighthand

You live with 2 life left because the life gain from lifelink is a quality of the damage that creature deals and so you gain the life simultaneously to having the damage dealt and all combat damage in this scenario is dealt simultaneously.

If your creature has "whenever this creature deals damage gain that much life" instead of lifelink then that is a trigger and you would die as a state based action before you gain the life.

Make sense?

{armadillo cloak} for reference.

Thanks I was wondering how that would work

The other thing that is important to know here is that while multiple instances of Lifelink are redundant multiples of the "whenever creature deals damage gain that much life" trigger are not. So if you put two {armadillo cloak} on an {elgaud inquisitor} you would gain a total of 18 life. 6 for the lifelink and 6 for each of the triggers.
