i have {Arcane Laboratory} in play

opponent have {Jhoira of the Ghitu} in play with 3 suspended creatures/spells with same numbers of suspend counters

the last suspend is removed to those 3, only 1 will be cast right? the 2 will null and go directly to graveyard

Correct. Only one will be cast, and the others would remain in exile without time counters, essentially removing them from the game.
