UW Stomp Ideas

So, I figured out my next standard deck.

{W}/{U} stomp.

I know it's possible!

The basic idea is to get out a bunch of creatures really fast, buff the crap out of them and swing for a bunch. Not weenies, though. Keep that in mind.

Budget is probably 50 ish dollars, I don't want to spend much on landbase.

JOU cards are allowed.

What cards should I definitely include?

I mostly know white stuff. There's heavy blue with {scourge of the fleets}....
