if i control a creature from opponent using {Dominating Licid} and that creature dies in combat, is it directed to his graveyard? or will return in opponents control again? what will happen to the licid?

Since Licid is an enchantment - aura at the time it will go to your graveyard

704.5n If an Aura is attached to an illegal object or player, or is not attached to an object or player, that Aura is put into its owner's graveyard.

The enchanted creature would go to the owner's graveyard

404.1. A player's graveyard is his or her discard pile. Any object that's countered, discarded, destroyed, or sacrificed is put on top of its owner's graveyard, as is any instant or sorcery spell that's finished resolving. Each player's graveyard starts out empty.

If you chose to end the ability, it would resolve and be put into your graveyard either way. If the opponents creature didnt die, then your opponent would regain control of it.

wait if you choose to end the aura ability, then the licid will become a 1/1 again and not die.

If you pay the U you end the "enchantment - aura" ability and change it back to being a creature with the original abilities and information. The creature that was enchanted will die and you will have a reusable ability again!

So losing control of the creature doesn't change the fact that it is currently attacking what is now its controller?  If that's the case,  attack and before blockers are declared release him and steal a different creature.

Once the damage has been done you don't have time to activate the remove ability it would die and your aura would end up in the graveyard.

If you activate the ability before damage is applied you will get to keep the aura (which would now be a creature again) but they would also get their creature back.
When a creature changes controller it is removed from combat.

506.4. A permanent is removed from combat if it leaves the battlefield, if its controller changes, if it phases out, if an effect specifically removes it from combat, if it's a planeswalker that's being attacked and stops being a planeswalker, or if it's an attacking or blocking creature that regenerates (see rule 701.12) or stops being a creature. A creature that's removed from combat stops being an attacking, blocking, blocked, and/or unblocked creature. A planeswalker that's removed from combat stops being attacked.
