Can team mates still target eachother's creatures if they are hexproof?

702.11b "Hexproof" on a permanent means "This permanent can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control."

Your team mates are not your opponents so they can still help out, as long as the spell doesn't state "[thing] you control"
