Born of the Gods kinda sucks

I am not a fan of born of gods or theros really.. The whole inspired and heroic set up is so easy to beat. Heroic..  {Dismiss into Dream}. And inspired.. Control.. But I think m14 is just way too good. They did not think to spread the love.. And I am not a monstrous fan

I feel heroic is a much stronger mechanic in limited, it's a game changing IMO

{Akroan Skyguard} is great in limited. And can be played well in constructed. Great early board presence.

{Courser of Kruphix} more lands anyone?
{Eidolon of Countless Battles} can get out of hand quickly
{Necrobite},  {Revoke Existence} reprints for the win.

Lol how is {Dismiss into Dream} an answer to Heroic? It's a 7 drop. A Heroic build is usually aggro, so by the time you drop it, if you aren't dead, they did something wrong.

BotG is a pretty bad set. It reminds me of Avacyn, a few meta changing staples, and filler. I'm a fan of Theros though, that set was well balanced.

I like how it definitely endorses mono color play with effects that scale off devotion/number of specific lands. I feel like its a lot simpler and a definite way to bring new players into the game.

I feel with spoilers we are gonna see some new synergies and prices are gonna flux a bit, so many cards in BNG have changed up the meta and we are barely getting it overall for standarf
