Is it possible to have folders in the folders Aka in precious to be able to make folders in there to classify them more precisely ?

Yes, in version 3.0 and we are on 5.4 as far as I remember :p

Op was posted when we only had my precious, needed and trade binder without ability to create magic binders, which are functionally sub folders of the three main folders.
