{jeleva, nephalias scourge} if I cast a instant or sorcery from exile when it resolves does it stay exiled or does it go to my graveyard . If it stays exiled can I use it again from exile.

After you cast the card the first time from exile with Jeleva it will go back to the owner's graveyard
