I just bought a Born of the Gods box set and got x3  {Kiora, the Crashing Wave}, can i put all 3 in the same deck?

Yes, you may


You may not put more than 4 of a card (besides basic lands) in decks. Unless it is a singleton format, such as EDH/Commander
