My question is: Does {Winds of Rath} destroy the new "enchantment creatures" such as {Hopeful Eidolon}?

as long as it just a {hopeful eiodolan} by itself it will be destroyed, if that eidolan is bestowed on somethinrg the enchanted creature wont be destroyed.
