Add mana to your mana pool

So yes lands may tap to add their designated mana to your mana pool but I was wondering if an effect says lands you control may add another color to your mana pool for example {Liliana of The Dark Realms} emblem do you add that in addition to the one your land would already produce? Giving you 5 each time or is it treating your swamps as if they had printed seperate ability that you can tap to add 4?

Also curious for cards such as
{Fertile Ground}
{Overgrowth}

For Liliana, it gives them a seperate ability. For the other two you listed, it's additional mana.

You'll note that Liliana's wording is different, as they "gain" that ability. In your other examples, mana is added to your mana pool when you tap land, and if you read in the parenthesis, it specifies "in addition to the mana it would already produce."
