It's a crazy combo. I've been working on a competitive Sydri deck. There are so many other ways to abuse her.

{Sydri, Galvanic Genius} + {Umbral Mantle} + {Thran Dynamo}/{Gilded Lotus}. Animate the mama rock and tap/untap for infinite mana and P/T. {Voltaic Construct} can also be used for infinite mama.

Sydri can also be used with {Staff of Nin} and {Thornbire Staff} to become deadly pingers.

Sydri + {Nim Deathmantle} + {Mindslaver} is a great lock. Animate the mindslaver then recur it with the deathmantle.
