Will they ever reprint intangible virtue?

I am only one month into playing magic, have lost two games, and won once, using only a non-modified Dragon's Maze event deck. I'm pretty sure I won because of intangible virtue, a card which I am now loving with my green and white deck. But now it's out of the loop does anyone think they will ever reprint it in another expansion?

We could see it but not any time soon.  {Phantom General} is worse but currently in standard.
