I know of it. It's {Saruli Gatekeepers} and it's actually useful just the issue is when I played with it I find that turbo fog variant uses and needs it a bit better then this one which needs most if the mana for the control aspect.

I really like the idea of playing American mazes end, but I think you should change your land choices. Since your primary colors are RWU, I would keep two of the primary gates of those colors and then switch some others to one-ofs in place of either shocks or basics of RWU so that you can hit a divination, supreme verdict, or another important spell on curve.

I haven't had any issues with the mana base so far that's the only reason why I haven't swapped the not useful gates out. Another reason why I haven't changed it up is because I can do sideboard swaps and my mana base won't need changing
