Untap. In responce to beginning of upkeep triggers, activate comander and give you {embargo}. Then upkeep triggers resolve. You lose the two life from embargo (since when the trigger resolves, "you" is you). I gain one and draw a card (great heart triggers regardless of whether I have given anything away yet, but he doesn't count until the ability resolves).
