builder crashing

i opend someones deck and now the app crashes everytime i click builder
i have 25+ decks made on here and i dont want to loose them is there a way to fix this without deleting the app
if not after re installing it will my decks still be there

If you back up your decks to Dropbox you'll be fine if you delete and try again.

Main Menu> Settings & Tools> Tools> Dropbox: Backup All

Once the app the reinstalls, follow the same steps but hit Restore Decks and Collection last instead.

Do you know which deck caused this?
Deleting the app deletes all your data in it, so you need to follow Spike's advice.

yes elf deck +1 in the comander section made it crash

You could upload the decks you want to save (or at least some) to gathering, delete the app then come here and re-download them. I'd help add them to gathering if you need, just PM te lists.

thank u for the offer but i had all but 3-4 posted and i only had a few cards in them so i just deleted and got them from gathering but dropbox didnt backup properly cuz i backed them up and when i hit restore it said error 404 and wouldnt give them bk

At least you'll know for future to always check the process has completed before taking further action.
