Heartless summoning + trinket Mage = perilous Myr?

If I have a {heartless summoning} and I cast {trinket Mage} , can I then use his ability to search for {perilous Myr} ? Or would his converted mana cost remain 2?

{Heartless Summoning} doesn't change the actual cost of things, only how much you have to pay.  Think of it like having a discount card.  The regular price doesn't change, only how much money you have to give the teller.

It remains 2. The cast cost less but its mana cost is the same
