Trying to build a competitive deck with heroic trigger ability within my budget of $70. Welcome all advice. Thank you. Please help with my sideboard.

I definitely would consider ordeal of phorporous. Nice boost and can burn as well

Will it be a bit slow?

It will be slow for those creatures that don't get counters from the heroic triggers (unless of the leader) but if everything has counters on it then it's a +1/+1 bonus for the attack and a lightning bolt. Worked well with mine when I did America heroic aura
