Is there any mana ramp for Izzet colors in Standard? (blue red colours}

Birdbrain

{R}{G} yes. {R}{U} no. There were some in innistrad however. But there currently trying to slow down the meta

Lyriczulu

There isn't really at way to do this with {U}{R} in standard. I suppose you could play cluestones and keyrunes which would act as pseudo-land drops on turns 3-4 but I think those would slow your deck down more than anything.

I think he's wanting a {battle hymn} effect

Ya or even {Infernal Plunge}

I may play {Burnished Hart}s all I want is to just have mana so my {Syncopate}s make sense also I want an early (protected) AEtherling

Also works well with {Aetherling} because he untaps the land you need to flicker him if need be. But, if you do flicker him, the cipher goes bye-bye.

though {aetherling} can almost garuntee the cipher effect triggers

Only option off the top of my head for helping a color combo in standard without {G} is {Burnished Hart}. But it's certainly not quick...
