{relentless rats} build on themselves... If you go sliver wise, it is {sliver legion}, which is actually quite playable in this combo

Usable, yes... Though the discard issue can be problematic. There is also {pestilence rats} and {plague rats} usable as well
{pestilence rats} are perfect if you use  {Rite of Consumption} in the mix... Give your opponant a big shock and you a big life boost
