App Crashes constantly after ios 7

I already reported this problem through your app but did not receive a response after waiting 48+ hours (correction I missed the response my bad). This app constantly crashes after I updated to IOS 7 on both my ipad and iphone. If you look at recent reviews of your app you will see others are having this issue too. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling app and reset the database none of these steps resolved the issue. I mainly use the app for browsing the card database. I mainly browse M14 and now theros and when browsing with it in the gallery grid mode it will crash before I can even make it to the end of the theros expansion list. This problem never occurred before updating to ios 7, I paid for the full unlock of your app and would appreciate your support in resolving this issue.

Your email sucks, I responded within 2 hours which is typical for me when I'm awake:

Sure, and in the meantime avoid flow and grid modes.

Thanks it seems I missed your reply. I just switched from andriod to IOS and havent really found a email app that is good as gmail. I just wanted to know that the problem is acknowledged and being worked on. Grid mode is the main thing I use on your app for browsing so I will look forward to when it is working again so it can go back to being my number one app for MTG. Do you have any idea when a possible update will be coming out to resolve this?

Your first mistake: Switching from Android to IOS

Ha thanks for the input. I am by no means a fan boy of Apple as I have had a android phone since the HTC G1 but honestly the Android OS is not as refined (visually) and does not run as smooth and reliably as IOS. The only thing I really miss is the Gmail App and the larger screen of my Galaxy Nexus. I also think Android handles notifications better than IOS. However I can accept those trade offs for all the other things it does better.

Having similar problems with app crashing constantly... Since IOS 7 ... Any thoughts from IMTG? (Other than switching to android or complaining to Apple)... I love this app but crashes are making it VERY difficult to use.

Sure, try:

Main Menu -> Settings -> shake your device -> options there.

The crashing isn't being fixed by reseting the database or going to factory defaults or a clean reinstall. Its obvious something with this app is crashing because of IOS 7. I guess it doesn't hurt to tell the guy who asked to try that but its kind of giving false hope when the app clearly is bugged right now. Yes I know its because of IOS 7 and not because of you but everyone else fixes their app usually within a week of the new IOS release. It has been 20 days since IOS7 came out and I have not been able to use the app I paid for. I know you suggested not using grid/flow so I just tried opening the app and hit the card database and it instantly crashed. Is there any status on fixing the app? Complaining aside I do like the app thats the only reason I even care to post this.

Resetting to factory defaults clears the grid mode so it doesn't crash anymore in card database. 4.6 is in the making.
