Pretty sure the answer is yes, but if i target a heroic creature with a spell, then exile it from the stack with {Nivmagus Elemental}, both creatures' abilities will trigger won't they?

Cuz the heroic doesn't nees it to resolve, just get targeted

Yes. Heroic doesn't care if the spell resolves.
