U\B standard help

Is anyone else having problems putting U/B standard control decks together or are my fellow blue blacks just playing RtR block for FNM at this point? Or am i just not seeing something?

It's hard not to add the white for {Azorius Charm} {Supreme Verdict} {Detention Sphere}. Also noticed  {Angel of Serenity} is sticking around.
